  This particular location has been running low on drivers. Today, Desiree called to let me know they were accepting online orders for deliver but didn’t actually have a driver until 4pm. When I asked why they were still accepting online orders and taking people’s money ( I was polite) she said “look I did not call to argue with you I called to ask if you still want this pizza or not. I do not have your money dominos does.” I proceeded to ask for her bosses information to which she replied “this number that you called.” When I reminded her I didn’t call she got rude yelled for an employee to tell her the number and gave it to me. I asked for her bosses info and she refused to give me anything than a manager. I then asked for corporate to which she yelled in the receiver again for an employee to tell her the number. She gave it to me, and I asked to cancel my order. Before I could ask for confirmation, she hung up on me. Terrible service. I have had problems with this location since December of 17. Will not return.

  I wish I could give this Dominos a 0 or a negative 10!!! This place is completely ridiculous... My grandmother lives downtown and she love dominos pizza but every time I attempt to order from this store there’s a problem, I understand things happen, and these restaurants get busy... but the main issue is their customer service or lack there of.....They leave you on hold forever and when they finally come back (if you haven’t yet hung up) they are so rude, you aren’t given a chance to ask a question, they are next to never taking delivery orders and about 15 minutes ago before I got a chance to see what the actual wait was on a pizza she hung up up in my face. I’ve received several free pizza coupons from dominos because of my experience with this particular one. So the questions is Dominos would you rather keep losing money... or just gut this place (internally) and start over. If I were you I’d choose the latter.

  If only I could rate them 0 stars. I did an online order for delivery, and the order went through online. Shortly after I got a call from the “store manager” on duty named Mike who stated they do not deliver to Cole Street or Ofallon Place after dark. This couldn’t be true as I just recently ordered from this same store between 6-7pm last week. I called back to ask the “store manager” Mike when did they start this policy, and was told it has been 2 months since this policy has been in place, but yet I have done a delivery order after dark from this store as I said before. Then he proceeds to say they actually don’t deliver to the Cole Street/ O’Fallon place area after 5pm. I will NEVER spend another dime at this establishment. If you’re not going to deliver to those neighborhoods after 5 pm then don’t deliver anywhere else PERIOD. At least Uber eats will deliver to my home and will continue to use there services.

  Very unprofessional DO NOT order from these ppl. I ordered online and no one ever showed up to deliver my food. An hour and half later I called to check on the status of my order and no one ever answered my phone call. 3+ hours later i called to have them cancel and return the money to my card and no one ever answers after being on hold for 45mins. I called the next morning and the girl who answered said "we were really busy and unfortunately all phone calls didn't get answered". You mean to tell me you couldn't just answer and tell me the wait would be 3 hours and offer to refund my order?! I was being ignored! And i didn't appreciate it at all

  I want to give this place no stars This is the worse place to order pizza. Let me explain they gave me very old dry pizza my first time at this place. It wasn't even fresh it was nasty and old, I gave it away. The second time was on the 2/10/18 me and my boyfriend order some pizza they delivery guy never showed up but ended up calling saying he couldn't find my our house but he was across the high way from us....My boyfriend told him just come across the highway, the guy refused to do so and he gave us a cancellation number but not a number to get a refund for the pizza he didn't bring us. We try to call this place so many time but no one picks up the phone at all! We had to call someone else to get a refund. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE IT'S NASTY AND THEY GAVE YOU OLD PIZZA!
