  Estimated delivery time: 28-32 minutes Actual delivery time: 1 hr 7 minutes What a joke. At least attempt to make it a realistic estimate so I can know whether or not to pick up the food myself.

  Service is terrible at this location. Walked in for a carry out order (at any other location, this would mean 15min max for your pizza) was rudely asked if I placed an order already, instead of Hello, Or Welcome To Dominos, and they advised it's be 30 minutes. The entire time I waited, their phone rang loud the whole time I stood there, total 45 minutes, and they never answered the phones. Makes sense, since other reviews say they don't answer the phones here. One person (pic) actually stood there waiting to be attended, and was never, so he promptly walked out very upset. When I finally got my pizza, they had got the toppings wrong. Employee asked me if I wanted to wait for another carry out, to which I said no I did not want to wait another 30 minutes, so he refunded me in cash, when I paid with a card. My place of employment is the next block, we can see this location from our windows, and also placed an online order at 8am this month as well to be delivered at 11:30am, and they showed up at 12:45pm. We did call at 11:30am wondering where our pizza was, but they never answered the phones, surprise surprise. I was hoping walking in for carry out would be faster service, but it is not.

  I have ordered here twice and both times it was horrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. Food- its dominos, foods not the issue. But, delivery said 50 minutes when I ordered, so 50 minutes later when i checked the progress, they added another 40-50 minutes for delivery but my pizza had been done for 30 minutes at that point. Happened both times. First time, I cancelled. Second time, i tried to cancel but sat on hold for 12 minutes and no one answered. Still waiting.

  Normally they are just a bit late. But the fact that they offer you tracker and my food was out of the oven and cooked to perfection for an hour and a half to get a phone call asking if I still want my food. Very unprofessional. They give me a credit to use for next time but there will definitely be no next time.

  Always the best! I live just short one block away, so I get carry-out. No problems ever! Apparently, too many people expect delivery to be flawless from Domino's but guess what, they are super busy... I also can't believe people in my building which is literally one short block away have it delivered!!! Go figure?
