  They are neither here nor there. They have great days where delivery is prompt and everything comes as ordered, then they have horrible days where you call 10 times and dont ever recieve your order. I mean it's like a lottery. I guess it depends on who is working that day and not worth the risk if you are hungry

  Wish there was a way not to even give a star to share. Placed my order had to wait almost 3hrs for my food. Tracker even told me my food was delivered and ask if I was enjoying my meal I picked up the phone to call to find out what was going on or if someone else got my food waited almost 30 mins for someone to answer then he was annoyed that I was enquiring about my food yelled we waiting on the driver to pick up your food and hang up. Some time later an automated voice call and said the driver just left the store with your order and to look out for him I waited over 45 mins and at this point I didn’t even want it anymore this store is 3blocks from my house only reason I didn’t go is because it was very late like 11 pm when I placed the order there is absolutely no reason a driver should be on the road with my food for 45 mins

  Management is great! I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone, forgot his name. If I’m not mistaken, it started with a T? He was very kind. I placed an order when I the store was closed, and the tracker stated that it was being prepared! To my shock the money was taken and I received no pizza. The next day woke up and saw the money was back on my card, but no more free pizza after my 6th purchase. I called and spoke to management, he explained what happened, and I still got my pizza! Now that’s customer service!

  Don't ever call them. The attitude you reason is over the top. I mean if you frustrated her another job and let the passionate ppl work. Lames settling for less I guess. Drink some tea. It'll be okay.
