  I LOVE this store!! They’re balloon arrangements and party supplies are excellent! I don’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found them! I get all of my business supplies here as well which is so convenient! Everyone is always friendly, acknowledge you at the door, and always ask if you need help. They’ve even called the other store for me if I’m looking for something specific!

  The one employee very rude when I tried return item. Said it states on receipt, 'No returns'. Nice to know that BEFORE YOU HAVE PAID AND HANDED THE RECEIPT!!! Left product with them and filing complaint with CC Co., BBB and AG's office. Would give ZERO stars if it was possible!!

  Wouldn't allow me to shop for birthday supplies for my one year old without insisting I put my diaper bag behind counter. Their counter faces the outward street with the door wide open. I'm not about to have my bag stolen for cheap decorations. No thank you.

  You must surrender your backpack at the door. The product I bought there contains lead levels above California state limits and it is recommended to wash hands after use. The prices are decent and there's a selection comparable to a lower 48 dollar store.
