::Hello I'm a repeat customer the comes into your store every other week today I walked in and I was looking for a party A well-dressed employee that I thought was the store manager but he was working the register his name was Dejuan he was very friendly focused on the customer he focused on the store I asked to speak to the manager and for my opinion he should be the store manager he went all out of his way to help me and the other customers are very satisfy he brings of the store he's outgoing any makes me want to come in more keep up the good work sir

::One of the cleaner ones I've seen minus the kids toy section. Wish they'd separate the kid's toys/books from the adult/ YA books. It looks junky. Most of the staff is fairly friendly but Corey is sometimes pretty lazy. I asked him to see if there were any new shipments of books (I'm a huge bookworm and I often buy up many of the books so it would've been a pretty big sale on their part) and he said there was but that he couldn't get to it. In other words, he didn't WANT to get to it. The manager here knows I come in for books and I only had to ask her once and she brought out two new boxes for me. And I saw her going back there and moving stuff around to find them.That's true customer service. Corey needs a lesson on it.

::Clean with so many great choices. Be ready to spend some time just looking at all items. I have had quick visits as well, surprised me too. The employees have all be helpful and quick work the registers. Nice little place to visit. You will enjoy and get a little exercise and/or stress relief shipping.
