  I would have given this store no stars but I had to give one to comment! First and foremost the store is nice..great variety as well, however the majority of the staff (one manager in particular) are the most rudest inconsiderate people I’ve ever come across when shopping. Not only did one of the managers yell at me from across the store to stop smelling wax cubes (obviously you smell them before you purchase them) but when I tried to explain to him that I’d like to smell them before purchasing them to see if I like them he got right in my face and started yelling at me. It’s one thing if you’re having a bad day but it’s anotjer when you take your bad day to work and take it out on customers! I also heard him yelling at a lady and huffing and puffing about her taking her debit card out of the machine too fast! I mean really...if you don’t like your job get a new one! When I mentioned I was calling corporate he said “go ahead call whoever you want!” Personally I don’t know how he even got a management position!

  Nice place to buy household stuffs at very cheap price. Previously, I gave 5 stars. I am reducing it to one star because of the extremely rude store manager. I found an open foil paper box (item opened by most likely another customer; I thought it's a sample they kept for customers) I was interested in and was taking a closer look without taking out anything. Out of nowhere this moron store-keeper showed up and accused me of opening it. I already found it open and told him repeatedly that I did not open it. He was behaving like a complete jerk and told me "Either you take the opened item or go out of the store". Of course, I didnt take that item and asked him to show me video footage that I did that. Then he went away. I never met a person with such behavior during my three years stay in US. You cant behave like this for a $1 product. I am never going back to this shop, will rather go to a shop 4 miles away.

  Extremely rude store manager (at least she claims she is the manager). Slow cashiers who often have trouble communicating in English. Stocking staff that often does not speak English. The store is smaller and more run down then most Dollar Tree stores. Shelves are often poorly merchandised with low stock, empty spots and broken merchandise left lying about. Even the front door has not worked properly in years. I have shopped at this Dollar Tree for several years because of the pricing and its proximity to my local super market but I have had enough. Every shopping visit has become a lesser and lesser experience. It is just not worth the feeling of disgust I feel every time I go in. They have lost my business. Maybe if they loose enough business then corporate will bring in a new staff to raise this location to the standards the we customers deserve. I will avoid this store and recommend that everyone else does also!
