  The store hours state that they close at 9pm in the window as well as online. We just attempted to go to the store at 8:39pm and it was closed. The store manager came to the door and stated they close at 8:30pm, which is inaccurate because as we were leaving other clients were attempting to access the store. This would not happen in Manhattan. The store manager needs to be retrained. I will also be contacting the corporate office.

  Did not find one item I needed. Greeting card section well stocked & neat. Some other shelves not so much! Many items stored in boxes on the floor and are waiting to be opened to restock some semi-bare shelves

  The store is always clean, and they always have what I'm looking for. The staff always greet you when you come in, and they know where everything is. they can tell you just which aisle to go to, for whatever you're looking for. they even walk you to the aisles to show you where everything is that you're looking for. And when you're leaving the store, the cashier always says have a great week, and come back again soon.

  There are at least 2 within a mile from me and this one is the best. I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm disposition but mostly I always find what I need. They're fairly new so I hope they keep up the great attitude and stock.
