  This was our first time renting and we had a great experience with Dollar car rental. The car ran smoothly and was super clean when we picked it up!! Truly a great value! We already reserved again for June! Thanks Dollar!!!

  The wait was short since I had reserved the car weeks in advance. The staff was very professional answering all my questions. The car is usually what I expected but occasionally it is either too small or too big. I usually reserve a car with Dollar because the cost is sometimes a bargain; or lower than the competitors. If the price is too high I usually wait until they have a promo of 10% off or more.

  Wait at counter at El Paso took about 1/2 hour! They tried to charge me for gas even though I never asked for it. Luckily, I asked to see the total before signing, and I noticed the extra gas charge. I told them to remove it. Then the car was dirty inside (very stained seats).

  check the charges and fees before you sign on the dotted line my 4-day rent a car was $54.84 by the end of the fourth day it was $166.38 way too much
