  Took two of my dogs here yesterday and had a great experience. The workers here were very good at explaining all of the products and making sure you know what to do next. I have a very fluffy border collie mix who shed so much hair when we blew her out and the workers were very understanding and helpful with cleaning up the hair. A very nice place to both groom your dog and bond with them as well

  Makes washing your dog so easy. They clean up the mess you make. They will clip nails for an added price. Everything you need is supplied.

  I definitely want to give five stars and a lot of thank you to the girl who I believe is one of their groomers there(she had a black and white apron on). She was very sweet enough to let us use her dryer for our Husky today and she was very kind and very helpful. I will say everything was very clean and I really did enjoy the space that I had while grooming My Husky. On the other hand their manager... who is in a maroon top today I didn't get her name... Was quite rude with her comments with the tone in her voice. We were there for probably about an hour and a half which I understand is little long but I have a big dog and I'm paying you to use your dryer and your tub I brought all my own equipment and was trying to be as quick and as thorough as I possibly could I understand Sundays are busy but please do not blame that on me and have an attitude and make the comment of there's a big long line here..as well as I was on my hands and knees for about 10 minutes wiping up the floor and cleaning up as much hair as best as I could get for her to come behind me can you help me clean these tubs over here and get all this hair out with a very obvious rude tone If you don't want us to come back and then fine but I don't appreciate that. There was one lady waiting in line and I'm sorry that we had a big hairy dog there wasn't a time limit to say I need to be out of here in 20 minutes. I don't have a tub at home that big and that being said this was the first time I use their services I will definitely come back because the other girl was very sweet and I do love the way their shop is set up but their manager needs to reevaluate her attitude and how she speaks to people because that morale was very uncomfortable. -------- Since I can't comment again I will just edit my review. My issue wasn't a matter of time but her apparent attitude. Physically and verbally it showed very well. I understand people have tough days and long days. I'm a groomer and I work far away and decided to use you guys because you were reletivley closer than my job and they are closed. So I get the ends and outs. I'm only off on Sundays(due to our shop being closed) so another day wouldn't work in my favour which is not your problem. But her customer service skills were very short and rude. Your manager regardless of her day should have the best attitude out of everyone and she just didn't . I was very put off. She should represent the best out of your business but didn't. I will chuck it out to be missunderstanding on my end or it was a bad day. I do want to clairfy. I do enjoy your shop and your other employee who was very helpful and kind.

  I used the Dog Wash on Sunday for the first time with my adopted rescue. He is 16 month old Beagledor that's about 40lbs. I explained to the young lady that he had never had a bath outside of the home. We tried a pet groomer but he would not let anyone get near him... he wasn't aggressive, he just hid behind me. I told her I really wanted them to give the bath but I was afraid they would have the same experience. She suggested that I bathe him so he would understand and not be scared next time. I was nervous, I was unfamiliar with how the self bath worked as well as the equipment. The young lady was just AWESOME. She assured me she would assist and answer any questions along the way, etc. Longer story shortened, I now feel like I can take my dog there and bathe him by myself. Of course, my goal is that he will let them give him a bath so Mom can have a break!

  Our pup always a good experience when we drop her off, she's always happy to walk in. We used the self serve for the first time and it was well set up and easy to use. It easily accommodated our 85 lb dog.
