We come here weekly and it's easy to maneuver. There's plenty of accessibility parking and a complimentary valet service.

I took my daughter there for speech therapy for 3 months. The therapist was excellent. However the bills is horrible. For a multi billion dollar hospital it seems no one there is able to handle someone who was double insurance coverage. As of 3/19/2019 they have still been unable to bill my primary insurance. Only the secondary. OSHU sent the bill to a collection agency even though they never billed my primary insurance. One I called them to ask them why I was sent to a collection agency they told me they would try to rebuild the primary insurance. Today I get a letter telling me they are unsure of how to bill my primary insurance. Even though they have a copy of my insurance card, and a director phone number to the Health Trust that manages my plan. This has been going on for 6 months. If OSHU cannot properly bill insurance why would you want you trust them with your health? Trust me. You want to avoid this place at all cost. Imagine going there for a life or death situation, and even though they saved your life and you had insurance to pay the bill they were unable to bill the insurance because someone there does not know how do their job so now you Are spending every moment of your time trying to get this mess work out or worse sent to a collection agencywere sent to a collection agency. That is a nightmare you’re looking forward to if you even think about going here.

My son had his adenoids and tonsils removed. Recovery on him was hard. A day after surgery he vomited and was spitting up blood. We live two hours away, I rushed my son to the hospital in our small town and the doctor was so incompetent. He was telling me bleeding is normal after that sort of surgery. I called dorenbechers to tell them what was going on, the lady was super honest with me, told me if I felt they weren't capable of caring for my child, to request they send him to dorenbechers. She said that amount of bleeding IS NOT normal. After 2 hours of the small town hospital acting like nothing was wrong with my child, I requested he be transferred. Dorenbechers was in contact with the hospital and recommended the transfer also. My son was pale and spitting up blood. Once we arrived at dorenbechers, they set my son up with so.e pain meds to get him comfortable, put him in a bed and he slept. He had torn open his wound from puking. Dorenbechers kept my son for 2 days and sent him home with pain meds. They also have an amazing play room and play games with the kids, handing out prizes, wheeling Xboxes into the rooms if requested. My son loved it. Definately not the sort of treatment you expect at a hospital. My son didn't eat or drink for at least a week, I had to call for more pain meds because that was all he kept asking for. He complained of terrible ear pain when he swallowed anything. It was a miserable time but the hospital made the experience as good as it could have been. Would Definately recommend this place.
