  I liked the most about this place is that Ernest answered my phone around 10 pm and helped me out with my questions. He was very accommodating and this was the only place that was open on Saturdays. He even matched the competitors price. It took 13 business days for the completion of the tests from the date sample was taken (in Houston). Considering the lab being in San Antonio, I think the actual time for the process is around 9-10 days. Thanks for the service

  Cannot be trusted avoid them they keep giving excuses why they can't provide results in time. I can't recommend anyone to use them

  On 18 july 2015 we took a paternity test. I selected this place of business based on trust and reviews. My experience was the opposite from other reviews written. Forms were filled out according to the employee. When asked HOW we wish to receive the results, I provided my home address since I don't own a computer. She assured I would get results in the mail. Time has passed and when I called their office, I was informed they don't mail out results. If I wanted the results, I would have to pay extra. If this company is professional about their business practices I wouldn't be writing this Negative review. I didn't miss the fine print; I took the employee's word. I do hope the owner reads this review, and I get the results in the next few days; without adding additional costs.
