  Horrible company, they never respond after we turned in our claim. This mover was given to us by the military and after 9 months we are still waiting to resolve our claim. We have called and mailed and been promised to be called back but they never do. If you don't have to deal with this mover just DON'T as they will not follow up on anything.

  This company is not very professional and responsive. It was via the military that they were selected and off the bat they had resceduled my delivery date because they miscalculated the shipment. This is after being in our empty house for a month and living in a hotel for 2 months. The movers finally came and they did a good job but that’s where the compliments end. As it’s time to turn in my claim for damages, I was instructed to send the information to their email address. Well, it’s been over two weeks without a response. I have tried calling but either got no one or they told me that they would call me back but don’t. I have sent additional emails but once again This is horrible service and I wouldn’t recommend them.
