::All I asked for was how to Force firmware update on to the controller of a P4. The GO4 app will not download and update the controller to 1.8.0. The app makes reference to the GO4 home page to download it, but there are no links for firmware download at the site your app (GO4) refers us to. It's been more than a month that I have not been able to use my equipment due to your app not properly updating the equipment. I have searched the web and this is a more than common problem every time you issue an update thus letting us know your programming skills are lacking and your company likes to roll out updates like your trying, but you don't care for the end user, not the general public that might be under one of your products.
