  This place is a break from the average gym and it's becoming more and more popular (especially amongst females). The music is great and the atmosphere while working out is really good; felt like I was in a dance club at times! Most instructors are good and energetic and definitely make you feel it the next day. My only quarrel was that it gets REAL packed and that they don't offer spin classes. Otherwise, I highly recommend this gym! Also, sign up with family! It's cheaper!
