  In my opinion, DHR is unorganized and not patient centered. In my opinion, all that matters are the patients that will get them paid.

  I was very disappointed with the results provided by Diversified. I had a mild heart attack in August of 2013. Just yesterday, almost a year to the day,I found out that any chance of being covered through Medi_cal or County agency as failed due to paperwork errors and missed hearings based on advice from DHR. Do not count on these people to do everything for you. Learn what you are suppose to do and do it yourself too. Understand government agencies offer no help or assistance in these matters unless you know what your talking about. And do NOT let them use acronyms, make them spell it out so you know what program ou are applying for.
