  I've been going there for more than ten years and my wife's family and my family go there every year to do their taxes. I travel from NJ to get my taxes done at this office because he is the best period. Don't get mad if you are ill prepared like some other people have commented about.

  I've had over a decade of outstanding service. To put it more precisely, I've had dollars signs spilling out of my eyes an ears. Basic common sense and know how is required. This business in not about educating, it's about getting your taxes done right!

  So, I went to get my taxes done at Diversified Business Services. I've been here before about a decade ago, and my family has used this place for many years. I call to make an appointment for myself and my significant other. I'm told - there are only openings on Thursday. I take the appointment. My significant other also calls to make an appointment and is told there are no appointments until the 18th, but definitely not this Friday . I sit waiting to be seen and the receptionist is telling, whoever the is on the phone, there are tons of opening especially on this Friday. Already, I am irritated. When she got off the phone, I brought up how I called and asked and she said well they asked for sue. this is not a doctors office. If you say you have no appointments, you have no appointments. I never asked to see the creature in the back. I asked to have an appointment. I go into the back to some dude who looks like sunlight has abated him for centuries doesn't even crack a smile. Now before I continue- when I called to make my appointment I asked a few questions: 1) as a person filing as self employed, while a child, receiving Medicaid (to which I was asked "Obama care?") what do I need to bring in? I was told the tax forms (1099 and what was mailed to me) and that's all. 2) how much will this be - to which I was told "I don't know" I asked what's the maximum amount I was told 100. I sit down with the frog golem and confirm the price of 100$ as I have brought not a penny more with me. He said no it's more for 1099 self employment and asked if I told the women that's what I was filing when I called. My face twisted. Either way, he continues to input some stuff. He asked if I was single and then started to put other information in. I said I have a child. He never thought to ask- how do you not even ask the basic questions? Then he asks for my son social. I said I don't have it. Because why would I have it? I wasn't told to bring social security numbers. He says he can't do my taxes without it and proceeds to look at me with a vile stare - because that's so effective at causing numbers to appear at random. He was acting like I just didn't want to tell him. So apparently my taxes couldn't be filed. I left the office to then have a chat with ditsy dumb dumb in the front who told me well you're getting your taxes done why wouldn't you know. I said I asked because I didn't know, it may be common sense but it wasn't to me that's why I asked and you, being the unprofessional you are, decided not to tell me. This place has gone downhill. So much since the last time I was there and I don't recommend anyone frequent this establishment.
