  I will never go back here again. I've been coming to this nail salon for the past 2 years. Even recommended it to countless friends and family. The only person to never give me an issue was Chris. I gave the lady who I believe is named Lily, a picture of what I wanted to do today. After not being able to do the simple gittered diamond design I looked at the time and saw that I had been in her seat for 2 hours. I told her to just make all my nails the same base color and she gave me a problem for that. I had to keep a glitter nail that I didn't want and asked Lily how much it would be to keep it. After she told me it was 10 dollars for one glitter nail on each hand,( that I didn't want) I was more than annoyed between the amount of time and money I was about to spend. Lily went up to Jenny(her manger) to ask if she could offer me a discount. I was told that I could pay 50 dollars or pay 45 dollars and find another salon. HOW RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!! They did not want to help they just wanted me to leave. I was not yelling or being rude or nasty to anyone, but after that was said to me I could not help but feel hurt and called the manager rude and unprofessional. Below to the right is what I wanted and to the left is what they wanted me to pay 50 dollars for. Good riddance!

  disappointed. i went in for acrylic and was on a very tight schedule. the lady who did my nails spent about 5-7 minutes talking to another nail technician before she sat down and started. i just sat there waiting! when she did do my nails, the shape and size were uneven, and i had bubbles in my nail polish. i said fine, i could live with that. but only TWO DAYS after, i was simply SCRATCHING MY LEG when a nail broke off. very disappointed in their service and their work. will not return.

  Make an appointment and your wait is nothing, they are efficient and do great work.

  Let me start from the beginning, my first red flag was the fact that the removing of my other lashes hurt a tad bit. Now I’m wondering if some of my real lashes were pulled out. Not only that but I could smell the glue that this man was using on my eyes. Felt like my lashes were being soaked in it. Then when it was over and I was asked to open my eyes they burnedddd HORRIBLY. He kept telling me to open my eyes. I’m like I can’t it burns I’m like the glue clearly isn’t dry. He kept telling me it was until someone else came in. I kept asking for tissue because at the point my eyes were watering like crazy this went on for about 10 minutes. Then a woman comes in and tells me to Lay back down and take a nap then she turns the light off. At this point I have no choice but to lay here because every time I open my eyes IT BURNS. So now for the next 10 minutes I’m laying here wondering what negative reaction will my eyes have to this botched eyelash extension. Never in my years of getting my lashes done have I experienced this. NEVER. I was terrified. When I finally got tired of laying there I finally was able to open my eyes with no burning but then I realized one or two eyelash extensions were stuck to my bottom lash 🙄🙄🙄 at this point I had to pry it off so I could open my eyes. He kept saying any issues to come back and I showed him how white my eyes were he cleaned it up or so I thought. Telling me the rest of the white stuff would come off when I washed my face. Knowing that you shouldn’t wet your lashes for at least 24 hours this let me know that instead of asking me to come another day they instructed someone with no experience to glue extensions to my eyelashes not to mention it smelled like crazy glue. And it was white like that was what they used. I get home and wipe my face off only to see more white stuff crusted all around my eyelashes. He merely tried to cover it up not clean it. I was so terrified to let them re do it I’m stuck with these hard lashes, that hurt my eyes every time I look up . Not to mention I asked for them to be full and that was not what I got and they wanted to charge me extra to fix it. Definitely going somewhere else to get it fixed and will never come here again nor will I recommend anyone to come here. Wish I could give zero stars.
