  I ordered a baileys gift pack from them for my mom for Christmas and when I received it it had a chipped cup. I emailed them with a picture and they sent a replacement cup and a whiskey glass for the trouble. When I received the package the whiskey glass was shattered into a bunch of pieces and the cup was chipped again. The whiskey glass I wasn’t mad about because they sent it as a freebie however the cup pissed me of. When I emailed them again with pictures of both cups they never responded. I highly highly recommend not ordering online from them unless you want damaged products.
