  We had Ditto receive merchandise on our behalf and then load a 40' container for shipping. They are supposed to be professional at this. I receive at least a container a week from various sources and I know when the job is done well. I can honestly say this container was the worst packed of any container ever received. It was so poorly packed there was considerable product damage. They even put liquid detergent and bleach sideways on top of the load which then leaked all over everything. They put heavy glassware on top to bounce around unsecured and crush the contents below. The absolute worst part is that I sent them pictures and full detail and did not even have the decency to respond. If you want your merchandise handled by unprofessional people that simply don't care...call Ditto

  Ditto Express is our go to Company for drayage/transload services in LA. We have never had any issues with their service in the crazy LA market and they've never let us down.

  Ditto is the most corrupt warehousing company in America. They will unfairly overcharge you for everything. They will tell you that your merchandise is ready to be picked up and then once you arrive to pick it up, they tell you that it is actually not ready and will be ready the following day. On top of that, they will charge you storage for the extra night they keep the merchandise even though they just dragged you all the way to their warehouse promising that the merchandise was ready when it really wasn't. This is just one of the many examples of the cheating ways of Ditto Express. I would highly recommend to STAY VERY FAR AWAY from Ditto Express.
