  I first went to see Rita to quit smoking, but I had a list of things I wanted to work on. She developed a great plan to help me better manage my stress, anxiety, and most of all to help me heal and move on from traumatic events of my past and finally being able to release feelings, thoughts and emotions that were truly holding me back and keeping me stagnant. Rita helped me get back to my old self, find my strength and let go of what was holding me down. Move past traumatic events that I couldn’t move past through regular therapy. Words cannot express how grateful I am to her! It’s been hard work, but so worth it! I highly, HIGHLY recommend her and am forever grateful!

  Rita is truly a genius at what she does--she took a deeply ingrained, 15 year old fear and helped me get rid of it in just 7 sessions. She is an excellent listener, and she really gets to the bottom of any and all issues. She is insightful, caring, warm, and the best hypnotherapist I've ever visited. She has definitely changed my life, and I am so extremely grateful to her. Don't waste any more of your time being stressed or afraid or unhappy--just go to Rita! She's a miracle worker!

  It is truly a pleasure to write a genuine recommendation for Rita Leiphart of District Hypnosis in support of her effectiveness with conquering my stress and restoring my natural equilibrium. Serving in a high-stress recruitment/sales job, I came to know Rita’s knowledge and skills as a hypnotist. I had endured a great deal of stress while dealing with very demanding deadlines every three months, and the stress began to take its toll on my body and mind after four years. In fact, I had explored a number of avenues to help with my stress/anxiety levels. Those avenues included several doctors (medical and psychological), acupuncturists, and personal trainers. Still, I was left in a state of desperation, sleepless nights, and constant anxiety. The prescriptions to Clonazepam, and Lexapro barely affected my extreme anxiety. I decided to try one, last, avenue for stress management, and this is when I met Rita. At first, I was a little skeptical of hypnosis. However, after the first session, I began to notice a difference in my sleeping pattern. I was able to sleep through almost all of the night. After the second session, I really felt more calm and relaxed, especially with my body and daily work routines. I was also sleeping soundly at night. Rita challenges you to discipline your cognitive thinking. In every regard, Rita introduced and explained theories such as the Myers Briggs Test. However, Rita explained how stress can really change your personality. I then understood that it would be a journey to get back to my natural equilibrium. Rita’s experience, guidance, and versatility helped me to restore my balance. We holistically reviewed and analyzed past issues from childhood to adulthood in order to restore my equilibrium. I am truly thankful for Rita’s instructions and teachings. I have actually included Rita’s “Circle of Excellence” exercise in building staff relationships for my team at work. The “Circle of Excellence” was a huge success—even my manager was very impressed with its results. It is without a doubt that Rita and District Hypnosis will exceed your highest expectations if you do the work. And Rita is there to assist you in achieving success. At best, she effortlessly engages in conversation to extract the truest intentions in order to find your success. Rita Leiphart is an amazing individual with an endless consumption for cognitive awareness and hypnosis.
