  I would rate this store and company zero stars. However, that is not possible. They upsold me into defective tires. One tire literally melted on the freeway yesterday morning and now I have to get it towed there. I wanted discounted tires, not discounted customer service. This company will never get a another penny from me. The store manager Kevin V. was also LESS than helpful.

  Love it, love it, love it. Great service, friendly people, in and out within 35 min with a complete set of tires and rims installed on my car. Thanks Hunter and your crew. You all are very professional and on point. Also the prices are reasonable. Love it.

  This one is small compared to other locations but no big crowd either. I took on a fairly new tire w/tiny nail causing slow leak for their advertised "free flats fixed"--beware of subtle but we'll designed hard sell "the tire is xxxx, we can't fix the leak because it'd be too dangerous...let's look at what we have to replace it for you." Three different locations,and exactly the same routine and script. I bought a $5 patch kit and fixed 2 tires in 10 minutes. The ones that these pros working for a huge national corporation were too scared to fix or said not possible. It's sad that they've changed a lot in recent years as a friendly & straightforward business.

  Absolutely great! I made an appointment to for a tire repair and was seen immediately when I arrived. Since I purchased my tires at discount tire last year and had the warranty I received a brand new tire as they weren't able to repair mine due to the location of the screw. I had to pay for the new warranty on the tire (which is still a great deal less than buying a new tire) and was out of there in less than an hour. I am a customer for life.
