  My father who is a 75 year old retired military veteran went in and they told him his car would take the whole day. He asked if someone could give him a ride to his house which is a mile away and they said no, which is expected, but when he asked them if they could call a taxi or help him find the phone number for a taxi for him they told him no and to use Uber. I get that they couldn't drive him but he is 75 so obviously not phone savvy and ended up walking home which was a difficult trek for his age. On top of that, they never fixed the issue with his car so we had to take it somewhere else. Customer service and not having complete ignorance goes a long way and this one definitely failed.

  Went in for a tire repair and a quote for new tires for the other car. Had a great experience with the representative. He worked with me to get the tire fixed quickly (less than an hour) and helped me get a quote showing me all the options that would work for my family. I recommend getting an appointment if possible just to speed up the process.

  Great customer service, accurate wait times and comfy seats! Stopped in to check on one of my tires. To my surprise, they found a nail in it then patched it for FREE!

  Had a bad experience where they would not honor the mileage warranty on my tires and also treated me like an idiot in front of other customers. I ended up leaving, contacting corporate, and going to the Camp Bowie location where they took good care of me. I gave this location one last shot and their customer service is HORRIBLE. He acted annoyed that I was calling. I called Camp Bowie location and the guy was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going to Camp Bowie location ONLY.

  They were super unhelpful and treated me like I was an idiot. My tires go flat over night and are only a few months old... they told me there was no leak and someone is letting air out. Nobody is choosing the same two tires to let the air slowly out of. As a female, I felt like I was not taken seriously at all. Very disappointed by my experience. Also took advantage of me with the price and had to refund me some money back. (I had to get my FATHER on the phone before they would listen to me) 👎🏻👎🏻
