  The customer service here is top notch. If there is a wait time, then be rest assured that they are doing a stellar job on your car in the shop. I had a nail in my tire that they fixed it (for free). Today, unfortunately one more nail got stuck in the car although it was a small one that did not require any repair. The person who checked, immediately pulled out the nail and confirmed that there were no air leaks (again, this was free). So I felt compelled and decided to drop off a case of beer for these hard working gents! Discount tire is my go-to shop for any tire related needs. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for the service!

  Brian the manager is wonderful. My daughter and I were visiting GCU and had a flat on our rental car. We were in a hurry for an appointment and his staff got us on our way fast.

  Awesome service. Bought a used tire from another company and very next day was flat. Had a huge hole in it that someone tried to plug. They mounted and balanced the tire for my wife just to make sure she made it home ok. And let me go in the next day to pay for it. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

  Was greeted as soon I walked in.Excellent customer service . Brian Doyle made sure all my questions were answered. Guy that let me know , my car is done & ready was very nice. Forgot his name. Let me know everything they did.All staff at this Discount Tire is Awesome!!They had my car ready fast. Love warranty. Discount Tire is the Best. Been a customer since 1998 . Thanks

  Always above average service. I recently had a rental car for a week and kept getting a flat tire by morning. I took it into the Discount Tire at 1530 W Bell Rd, in Phoenix. Even with a rental, they got me in and out of there in 20 minutes, and it was absolutely free. There are also times when I've waited over an hour, but their quality of service and low prices are well worth it and can't be beat.
