  First off I’m not even mad at them, it’s a true hustle. This post is about a bent wheel. So I took it there and they were the usual friendly folks at DT. They mentioned that they have to send out the wheel to a third party to get it fixed. A day later I get a call saying they were unable to fix it due to the severity but somehow they found a spare rim for the discounted price of $700. I know how difficult it is to get these particular rims and I know it’s very rare for someone to pick up ONE of these. They usually come in a set right? Anyways, I asked to just simply return my rim and refund my money ($140). I took it to another shop that also sent it out to a third party and voila, my rim is fixed and repainted. Beautiful work I must say. So what am I worrying about then? Be careful when you bring your bent wheel to these guys bc they will hustle you. Thank goodness I had the common sense to back out of that deal.

  Had the best experience here last week. They don't try to upsell you or pressure you into getting anything you don't need. They listen well and are just all around very pleasant to deal with. We will come to them for any of our tire needs from now on. Thank you for making a bad situation so easy for us to fix! Keep up the great work!

  The staff is great at this location. Chad, the Assistant Manager took his time to understand my needs and provided a few solutions. NEVER did he try to sell me anything I didn't need. Thank you guys!

  Ran over a part of a lawn mower blade. They had to order me a new tire so they placed a loaner on my car until my new tire comes in. Also, exact same tire. Quick shout out to Stephen Rowland for excellent customer service. He gave me great advice, found my new tire, though it was on a national back order list, and left the piece of metal in the old tire to show me why it couldn't be patched. Thank you Discount Tires and Stephen.

  Stopped in to have pressure on tires checked, and see if they needed rotated. It was about 45 minutes til closing, and they were very polite, and patient, gave me a great price 2 new tires, and a coupon to get a really good deal on a wheel alignment when I am ready. They were super busy, but it did not affect the kindness, courtesy, and level of customer service. And for the first time ever, I did not get the name of the person who helped me 🙂. Shame on me, if it is on the card he gave me, I will add it to this review, at a later date.
