  This location is TOP NOTCH customer service....my husband bought 4 brand new tires for my car. When I got my car back from Discount i noticed there were scratch marks on my 2 of my tire chrome rims and the valve caps had been replaced with black rubber valve caps. I IMMEDIATELY called the Store Manager to let him know about my rims and valve caps and his response was of caring concern and willingness to make it right. The manager asked me to bring my car into the tire shop to look @ the scratches so that he could assess what happened and the store Manager said without a doubt said he would replace the black rubber caps with new chrome silver valve caps. By the time I left Discount Tires I was A SATISFIED Customer with the resolutions for my tire rims and valve caps and A SUPERB OVER THE TOP GREAT ATTITUDE AND FOCUS ON GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAY2GO DISCOUNT!!!

  LISTEN to your CUSTOMER!!!!!! Don't try and sell me something after I've explained my needs! To add on, I'm a female...asked for a tire and a rim; advised that I just need a cheap tire because we're getting rid of the car in a week.....well he rings up everything and quotes a price...I say "that doesn't seem right (I've had this car for 13 years, I know what I need and the costs). After I state that I'm calling my husband all of the sudden the price drops by $40...OH and now you want to go through the different tires and costs after....but a male customer walks in and he's gets to go through the prices, care, etc....you sure didn't just ring them up for whatever and think you were just going to get away with it. Sure did provide them with the service they need! Oh and the manager is useless as well! Go somewhere where you're treated equally! ZERO STARS!

  These folks are absolutely the best! By far the friendliest, most straightforward, quick, and efficient tire people my partner and I have ever used. Got my second complete set of tires from them today, but we’ve gotten lots of other work done here, too. They’re always on top of it; I’ll be in and out today in less than 40 minutes DESPITE how busy they are. We’ll definitely come back!

  Warm professional staff ready to go at open, got my tires rotated free in and out without appointment in 15 minutes so I can that a win. Place was clean, offer bottled water in a mini fridge and a window bay so you can see your car being worked on. Good job fellas on a stellar customer experience.

  Everyone I’ve worked with has been great. I had a tire sensor go out days after getting new tires. Came back in and JP was very understanding, got me on my way within the hour. One of the better Discount Tire locations
