  Talk about disappointment. I'm sure this place was the shiznit back in the day but now, WoW! Its definitely Dirty and now just run down. One rack of rims I thought were grey in color were in fact chrome wheels covered in years of neglected dust. Was expecting to walk in and find what I needed and walk out with a receipt and new wheels and sound system. Nope! This place has turned into one of those poor man on the corner used tire shops. Really disappointed

  The woman that was behind the counter with the red hair was thee worst!! She was so busy on her phone, than asked me what size was my tires, I said I don’t know but I don’t want no bigger than 18”. Than she goes and say well I have a book here for the lower end rims🤬 it took my soul not to drag her little ass over the counter..I politely walked out!! I’m all about customer service I’ll be damned if I spend my money there!!!

  Absolutely. Sucks. The worst customer service ever! Was told it would be a 1.5 hr wait for tint...cool...over 3 hours later...I’m still sitting here. Was going to bring my Mercedes for tint also, but I wouldn’t step foot in this establishment ever again! The owner Hesham...he was great at getting me to come to his shop, but he’s an absolute jerk. I hate I even gave them my business.

  Made an appointment for 3pm and was here early. It took 5.5 hours for a remote starter to be installed. Waited in the waiting area and asked the cashier did she know how long it would be at which her response was "nope....when they're done they come tell me". Customer service at it's worst. She went on to tell me that the starter I purchased could not be programmed with my existing key fob even though the person who sold me the unit told me that is what this particular unit suggests. She debated with me that they've never sold a unit that could do that. Totally fed up I let it go. Thirty minutes later she asked for my extra key fob so that out of a courtesy because of our long wait they would program my extra key fob. I've done business with them before but this likely will be my last patronage of this company. I expect when I spend my money that I will receive good customer service, the delivery of my merchandise in a timely manner and respect as a customer that the lines of communication will be open. None of these things did I receive. Very disappointed.
