  Direct Source has all around fantastic customer service. From the moment they answered I knew I would be well taken care of! I told her I had a leak and she had Wes over here within a few hours for a FREE estimate. Everyone else quoted me several DAYS out but Direct Source made our leak a priority! When Wes arrived he was quick to discover the knob just needed to be tightened. Instead of racking up unnecessary charges he let me know it was fixed and cut my bill in half! Wes is a true lifesaver. Everything was completed FAST (within hours of the call) and for a great price. I cannot recommend Direct Source Plumbing and Wes enough!

  I called Direct Source Plumbing with an emergency and they were courteous from customer service to the technician that came out. Wes was great and handled the issue with no problem. I’d definitely use them again!

  Direct Source showed up on time for the scheduled appointment and provided a detailed quote for the services. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered all my questions. All the work was completed in one day at a fair price. Wow! Thank you so much! I will definitely be a repeat customer and give my highest recommendation for their quality service.

  We had a leaky outside faucet. The tech was scheduled to show up between 5 and 7 PM. Travis called shortly after 5 and said he would be here at 6 pm. He nailed it pretty good. He said he could replace the washers but that would be a temporary fix and he suggested replacing the whole thing. I had researched the problem online and the consensus said to replace the whole faucet so that was our plan all along. He had a new frost free faucet on his van and got it installed quickly despite the original having not been the best install(it was recessed in the brick and the mounting ears had to be cut off before he could spin the faucet off). Very nice work and Travis was a pleasure to talk too. Will use them again

  i LOVE this place!!! This is the second time I called and I'm glad I did. I called in the morning and they came out the same day by 2pm. Tyler was awesome...he provided a quick diagnosis of the problem and a quick solution. I love the fact that they provide free estimates and they quote you for the job NOT BY THE HOUR. Very honest, high quality establishment and the world needs more businesses like this one. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!
