::Horrible experience. They ended up costing me several thousand dollars. I dropped off my RV and clearly told them that I had two days to decide if I was going to keep the extended warranty I purchased. I purchased an extended warranty on my RV that cost about $6,000 and I had 60 days to cancel it and get a refund. I dropped off my RV and I had one simple question: "Based on your experience, do you think I should keep the warranty or cancel it?" This was in addition to the repair they were doing. This was obviously time sensitive and I made that very clear. I tried talking to multiple people at the shop and they were all worthless in terms of advice. They gave me common-sense worthless advice - kind of like if you asked your grandma a technical question and she replied with a generic answer. So fast forward 10 days later...they finally tore apart my RV and called me to tell me it would cost about $1,200 to fix.I told them to fix it. In the meantime, I cancelled my warranty because I ran out of time. I went to pick up the RV and they gave me the keys and the invoice for $1,200. They did not offer that I talk to the tech that worked on it. I asked the gentlemen at the front counter several questions regarding the work that was performed. They answered with some educated guesses (they didn't want to be bothered with questions so they tried feeding me BS to get rid of me). I pushed and pushed and insisted on talking to the tech. They said all the techs were gone for the day. I pushed some more and finally got to talk to a technician. Finally, after 10 days, the technician told me that I should absolutely keep the warranty because this model has a lot of problems. Wonderful...I wish I would have know that 10 days ago and it would have only taken the guys at the front counter letting me talk to the tech when I originally dropped off the RV. The bottom line is that this place is poorly mismanaged. Communication is poor and the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. While the techs are likely experienced and knowledgeable, if management is poor then communication will likely be poor as well. As you likely know, if you cannot clearly communicate with whoever is working on your truck, then problems are likely to occur. I don't mind this if I am getting a decent rate but at $140/hour I have slightly higher expectations. Finally, I dropped off my RV with everything in working order. When I picked it up, my dash was no longer working. Their response? More BS, finger pointing and a complete lack of responsibility. Avoid this place at all costs if you can, or at least until management changes.

::So my company is in desperate need to get a part fixed on our truck, and after going there they said we would have to wait 3 days to get the part. So I asked for the part number so I could possibly get it elsewhere and the rep would only "SELL" me the number for the same price as the part. almost $200. Horrible and unethical, only begin to describe this place. Avoid at all costs.
