  We recently got an access control system and a video surveillance system by Digital Security Concepts for our medical offices located in downtown Manhatten and Manhasset NY. They were very competitive with price compare to other three companies we hot the quotes from plus the installation was completed within two weeks. Very courteous, professional and customer service oriented company. We will definitely love to recommend this company to other business owners.

  Recently I decided to get a video surveillance and alarm system for the first time ever. I shopped around with all the major companies that both send representatives to your place, as well as the self instalation companies. After speaking with the representatives from Digital Security Concepts both on the phone and in person, I couldn't be happier. The rep and technician were very knowledgeable and friendly. Through our own research and via the support of an old neighbor we confirmed that they were the best priced alternative with the level of service we desired. Setting up our house proved to be a bit tricky in eliminating the previous provider's equipment, but DSC has been persistent in helping us get it right. We love the off site control we can have in turning the system off and on. I would highly recommend this company for your security needs.

  After moving into our new home in Forest Hills NY we wanted an alarm system to help make us feel more secure. We contacted Digital Security Concepts having read the other reviews and we couldn't agree more with the comments. They came the following week and the alarm was fully installed and ready to go within 8 hours! Dave was very professional and made sure we were comfortable with all the controls and the house was left spotless clean.I would not have any reservations in recommending Digital Security Concepts to any of my friends and family. Excellent Service.

  I'm not a fan of writing reviews but after several years of using Google local business reviews which gave me good insights of business before I decide whether a business is worth my money, I think it is time to return the favor of many reviews before me. Digital Security Concepts entire staff was absolutely amazing. The sales person was great, polite and extremely helpful working with my budget amd my needs. They were on time for the install and explained the system thoroughly. We especially liked the no-pressure nature of the transaction since they do not work on commission. Overall, the whole experience was professional and easy. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends. A+++

  I have had a CCTV and Alarm system installed by this company and must say how happy i am with the whole process. I had two technician at my house to install my new home alarm & video surveillance system. They were very professional at all times and their work beat my expectations! I thought like most contractors you have to follow them around clearing up, but these guys did it all! The system is easy to use and has given me great peace of mind. I am really pleased with Digital Security and I have recommended them to both my neighbour. All I wanted is a company that will just do the job, and i have seemed to found one here. I would recommend them to anyone!
