  I first want to start out by saying, that I am a medical provider and have referred patients to this clinic plenty of times. However, I will no longer be referring my patients here ever again because of the terrible quality of care my husband received. I should have had him go to my colleagues for care, but instead, wanted him to get care from an outside source. I went with him to support him, learn what steps he needs to abide by in order to help him stick to his goals, not cheat on the diet, etc. Before you get to this place, recognize that this clinic makes you have weekly assessments rather than monthly, and they are 55$ each. This is after the 200$ eval fee. Many other clinics make you have monthly assessments for 100$ each. This is twice the price! However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! Maybe the care they provided was top notch! Not so... Next, the MA barely knew what she was doing. I didn't want to question her methods as I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable, so I laughed at her jokes and politely smiled when she asked my husband questions. She wouldn't let me in to the actual diet consultation. She stated that if I heard his plan, they would have to charge me as well. Since I payed for his visit, I referred him to the clinic, and I was his wife, I should have been able to sit in on his appointment with him, but she stated that if I knew what they said to him, they would charge me twice the amount. He came out and told me they basically outlined a ketogenic diet, lots of meats, no diary or sugar etc. This is what I was barred from listening to, as if their methods also teach the listener on how to spin thread to gold. It was extremely poor customer service! The provider is there 3.5 hours a week. So getting answers to questions is obviously going to be impossible in a timely matter, and going to an actual medical clinic will better suit everyones' needs! It will be cheaper, under more supervised care. Typically, actual dieticians and providers recognize how important it is to have family support, rather than bar family members from listening to diet recommendations.
