I used to shop at Dick's, but it's going the way of Abercrombie & Fitch. Sporting goods really aren't their thing any more. The bow shop couldn't properly put on a simple D-loop. Always low stock on relevant ammo. Crappy selection on hunting clothes. Everything in the store is overpriced. Now they're taking matters into their own hands and won't be selling ARs at all or guns & ammo to anyone under the age of 21. It's their right I suppose. It's also my right to tell the world how I feel about them and spend my money elsewhere. Do yourself and America a favor and shop somewhere else.

Very pleasant staff. Good selection of baseball gear.

They refuse to sell guns to adults under the age of 21, even though the law says they can own them. Good luck with the lawsuits from this.

In the shoe department there are several prominently displayed signs that state they will match any in-store or online price. When I showed the sales staff and manager a much better price for a pair of shoes online, the store refused to honor it. The manager said the comparison had to be from a local TN store and couldn’t be a website that wasn’t “local”! The truth be known, they didn’t want to mark down a $99 pair of shoes to $59 and lied to me. Won’t be back. Ever.

The only good thing that I can say about this store is it it is conveniently located to my house. It is such an expensive store but more so than that, it seems like there is never anyone ever working. I always have to hunt down an employee no matter what department I am in. I went there yesterday to buy my son some Sneakers and the guy that helped us back in the shoe department was too busy texting on his telephone and didn’t seem to know what was going on in the shoe department. The customer service at the store is the absolute worst. If it didn’t take 45 minutes to get to another athletic store from my house, the store would absolutely lose my business.
