::Tried ordering online for pick up, but when it came to pick up time it said nothing was available and I couldn't move forward from there. I called and the phone rang forever then someone answered the phone and just said hello. I pause for a second because I thought I had the wrong number. Then I started to talk and she hung up. I called back and the woman just answered hello and I asked is this Dickies and she said yes. I went on to place my order having to repeat things at least 3 times. They read my order back and I said we would be there in 30 minutes to pick up. My son and daughter went to pick it up and nothing was ready yet. They waited, and when they got back we realized we didn't have the ribs we ordered. I called and they just said come back and get them. This time I went to get. We walked in and man was behind the counter said Sup (as in What's Up). I said we were there to get our ribs. He said nothing else. We stood there for 5 minutes and he comes over with a bag and hands us our ribs. No apology or anything for wasting our time. When we got back we also realized that we were missing one of our sides that we ordered. At this point I was so fed up. Food tasted good, but I will never go back with that type of service.

::I give this place 3 stars only for how polite and friendly the staff is. 3rd time I've gotten food and the protein is cold. I don't mean "not hot". I mean my kid got a chicken taco and the chicken was dangerously room temperature. Had Dickeys elsewhere. Recipes I'm sure are consistent, taste of proteins (this time we did Brisket, Pulled Pork and Sausage) are good but cold. Super nice staff, but I dont think anyone below mgmt knows what they're doing.

::Was excites about this location before it was bulit. Moved away before it was finished.. Tried it for the first time today and the food was phenomenal.. Kitchen staff was okay and counter lady was very nice. Was very empty during our visit but I enjoyed the quiet Would eat here again for sure.

::Love this place ! Excellent BBQ ! Pork, Beef, Chicken... I've had them all and they are DELICIOUS ! My go-to is the pulled pork sandwich Sides are tasty as well..., The staff are friendly, funny and helpful, quick service to boot. Go Twins 🙃

::The staff is so friendly and nice. Very welcoming. The restaurant is clean and the open kitchen is tidy and well kept. The food is fabulous. Always delicious. The chicken is moist and flavorful, the kielbasa amazeballs, brisket and pork tender and drool-worthy. Rolls are great. I need this for dinner every day. There is a reason why my husband and I eat here. Perfection.
