::This was the restaurant that my boyfriend chose to take me to for our first date. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We were greeted, as soon as we opened the door, by a crew of friendly individuals behind the counter. I love when i can walk into an unfamiliar place, yet immediately feel at home when i step inside. The manager, Frankie, led his crew with integrity and a smile, and the crew follows his lead as well. I very much enjoyed the date, and am very pleased with the service we received while we shared our first date. These memories will always remain for us, and on behalf of us both, we want to personally thank Frankie for making this day memorable for us! Great job!

::4 small, way overpriced bbq sandwiches sent dry with no sauce. Side sizes are a joke for the price. 3 spoonfuls of mac and cheese for $4.25. The drink machine was broken, according to the Uber driver, yet Dickey's didn't take it off the bill. I wish I had ordered Arbys. Better food for 1/5 the price.

::I did not have a good experience with Dickey's in Chandler. Coming home from a long day out, my girl and I were craving some BBQ and found Dickey's as a recommended spot on Uber Eats. Impressed with the pricing, we ordered two pulled pork sandwiches and a roll with burned ends along with some sides. On all of the meats I opted for the sweet BBQ sauce over their standard sauce and added pickles and onions. I'm happy to report that the food came to my door very hot and smelling delicious but unfortunately the enthusiasm ended there. Upon unwrapping the sandwiches I discovered that not only did the crew not give me any pickles and onions, but completely forgot the sauce as well! While the lack of toppings alone wouldn't have been a big deal, I think everyone would agree that sauce is a crucial fundamental component of BBQ. To me it's akin to getting a salad from a salad place but they completely forget the greens. I called Dickey's, introduced myself, and requested to speak to a manager to discuss the situation because perhaps they simply ran out of sauce. The young woman that answered the call responded by saying she was the manager on duty and that she'll discuss it with her team. The short conversation felt very dismissive so I just said "thanks, just don't want it to happen to the next person" but maybe I misread the situation. The sides of mac & cheese and pecan pie were great and we managed to get the dry pulled pork down (with lots of water) but the burned ends proved too parched without any sauce so that had to be discarded. Ultimately, I feel very conflicted giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because I was left very disappointed but to be fair.. the sides were good and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they're experiencing a labor shortage and the staff present was new.

::Nice atmosphere for a lunch or dinner! We ate here two days in a row and were not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and even accommodated special requests: chopped up my chicken, toasted the bun etc. The food was tasty and there were three kinds of BBQ sauce we could choose from. They cater and deliver in addition to the dine in experience. Definitely recommend this place.

::Should be a 3.5, had burnt ends. They heated them in a deep fryer? Very odd. Isn't ends were just okay. I would try something else. Sides were decent. Sauces were good.
