  When I first walked into the Wayne Jewelry exchanged looking for an engagement ring, this was the only group that acknowledged I was even in the store. As soon as we started talking, the team helped me find the perfect ring for my now wife. We were so pleased with the customer service, knowledge and prices that we returned several months later to purchase our wedding rings. I got a custom ring made and it exceeded all expectations. My wife loves all the jewelry we have purchased here and would only come back here. Be weary of scammy reviewers. Interesting that the bad reviews come from people based out of Florida who only leave negative reviews.

  I don't even know where to star with this guys, i was just reading and this johnathan akdemir is a family member of jewelry by jakup's owner, like why would you make up a lie like that acting like your a real customer...??? is not better to make good business...??? than lie to your customers and sell them fake stuff..??? like if you go down to all the reviews... 2 years ago you guys still have a review from anotherrrrrrrrrrr customer "SAY SADIE" that in valentines day you sold that ladies boyfriend a FAKE CARTIER BANGEL and told them it was realll and that the paper work was coming and that was all a lie, and you guys never return their money back...!!!! So how can u say that all the reviews are fakeee...???? you guys been playing with people's money for yearssssssss...!!!!!!!!! "AYDIN IS A PROFECIONAL SCAMMER" and all the AKDEMIRS ...!!!! thats why not even jewelry by jakups comes out anymore, you guys are still trying to scammmmmm people by changing the name but that wont work...!!!! Soo people becareful like really carefulllllllllll with JEWELRY BY JAKUP and who ever is associated with them,...!!! good luck everyone...!!!!

  This clowns changed their name from jewelry by jakup to DIAMONT so people dont think all the bad reviews are for JEWELRY BY JAKUP lmaoo thats not going to work buddy,learn to do good business and provide good customer service and you will do better...!!!!

  Son unos estafadores, toman tu dinero y te dan prendas de mala calidad, luego los llamdas para reclamarles y te amenazan. Al final pierdes tu dinero, NO COMPREN AQUI.!

  Les aconsejo no comprar en esta tienda, te dicen que las prendas son de buena calidad y no es así, después los llamas para pedirles explicaciones y no responden el teléfono, te tratan mal. muy mal servicio.
