  If there were an ability to use a negative number they would get it for sure. Charged my rental company 84.00 for a parking "violation", saying I did not pay the lot. They are right...I was never there!! Fraud!!! Big Time!!! Not sure if they have people waking the streets looking for rental car tags or if they have someone working at the airport, but they had zero proof and I had receipts showing I was somewhere else at the time I "violated". Total Scammers. Take a bus, train walk or something else...

  I used the Diamond Parking lot on Alaskan Way across the street from the Seattle Aquarium. Purchased my ticket for a fixed time at 11:09am and it printed out that I purchased it at 10:39am. That means they're stealing the first half hour from you. If you've been fined for parking in any of their loss, you should check if this happened to you. Beware when you park in a Diamond Parking managed lot.
