  What I find most appalling about this place is when you’re schedule for an appointment, they won’t take in to consideration that you’ve made yourself available to the time that they’ve set. I had my appointment at 12:30, signed in 15 minutes earlier and no one updated me on how much longer it would take as it was 1:25 and I was still not seen by any of the doctors. Meanwhile there were people that came in after me and were seen before me. I do understand everyone has different procedures, but if I’m scheduled for an appointment at specified time, I do expect to be seen 10-15 minutes from the time specified.. Besides this constant time inconvenience, they’re in fact very detailed, organized and clean. I should say they just aren’t organized with their time and it isn’t fair for people who come to their appointments on time and have to wait more than an hour to be seen, that’s just absurd and ridiculous.

  Today, my experience was horrible again. My appointment was at 2:30pm, and the doctor goes to lunch at 3pm. I guess it only makes sense to me to schedule appointments around the doctor schedule. I know the treatment is due to the ethnicity and area of the clients on Church Avenue. Today, my experience was horrible. I’m sitting in the waiting area with children and adults. They have no heat for the waiting area. I’m sitting almost 2 hours and my extremities are frozen. I’m definitely looking for a new orthodontist.

  Great experience! My 13 yr old got his braces here. The wait was good. They thoroughly explained every detail. Great place to come for braces 😁

  Came here to do my braces(this is my second time doing them and at a different location) and honestly, this was a much much better experience. Every one was nice, there was no pain and everything was very professional. I’m not excited about doing my braces a second time but I’m really glad I’m doing it here. Great place!

  My experience here has been pretty long but I guess it's been as pleasant as it could possibly be. When I do have appointments they usually get done as quickly and they're polite and caring. They also take their time explaining what they're doing. Overall great experience but my only gripe is that it's been a while going there (almost 3 years).
