  My experience at diamond braces was great. They have helped me a lot in improving my teeth and jaw readjusment, reminding me to put rubber bands and such. I highly recommend it.

  I was really happy with the end results at first. But then I had to come back and get my retainers. I waited too long (two weeks) to pick them up, my teeth shifted and the retainers they made could not fit. I understand it was my responsibility to pick up the retainers but to tell me to pay $200 for something I already paid for is absurd. I paid out of pocket for this whole process, now it’s going to waste simply because I could not get new retainers. Something came up and I was unable to pick up the retainers right away. Plus no one explained to me how important it was to come get them right away. I am disappointed with how the lady (Anna) spoke to me, she made me feel really uncomfortable.

  Terrible. They made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment. I told 3 different people what I needed done. Each new person did not know what I needed. No communication in office. My insurance covers rebonding and they refused to do it. An awful experience. Does not deserve the rating.

  I am very please with Diamond Braces. Sometimes there may be a bit of a wait despite the set appointment time but its very well worth it. I have seen the improvement in my son’s teeth. They are very professional and always on top of everything. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
