  Really excellent and professional piercers. They won't try to upsell you on some crappy cleaning solution, and they have a beautiful jewelry selection. They'll work with you if you want to order jewelry from the Diablo Rojo Body Jewelry shop online (which has a massive selection) which I really appreciate.

  Replaced my friends jewelry for cheap with no notice when her ball fell out. Really sterile and professional environment.

  Don't expect any assistance after they have your $$. My 5yo daughter got her ears pierced there as a Christmas/birthday gift, one of her earrings was faulty and came out within the week of getting it pierced. Store refuses to replace the faulty earring and there has been no response from the owner after leaving multiple messages and talking with many different employees. My daughter is devastated and they couldn't care less about it. We are very sorry to have chosen this place for our daughters first ear piercing experience, and will be sure to go somewhere else next time that actually cares about their customers and not just the money they get from them.

  So I really do love this place the owners and the south location anyway. I usually go to the one it south I always get quality service. But tonight I had to go to the one on Guadalupe. I called first to make sure I could be assisted. Joe or Joel was the one who answered. Not very customer friendly. Wanted to charge $15 because HE didn't pierce me. So if you want to be treated like your business matters go to the south location.
