  Employee was knowledgable and friendly. Pretty quick service too. Parking access is terrible, but if you are in DT Chicago that is pretty much expected.

  Great client service and prices are in top. Other international shipping services were quoting 175-200$ for an envelope, at DHL it was 110 and the fastest of all of them. I used DHL back in Europe and it was delivering what it promised every time.

  I was having a rough day and didn’t have everything I needed to ship an international return the way I’d planned. It was my first time shipping internationally and I just didn’t know. Ray at the Chicago DHL location in the Loop was the kindest, nicest human. She was more than just a representative behind the counter. She was patient and went above and beyond as she helped me find the most convenient solution to ship my package. We successfully got my package taken care of and she really added a bright spot to my day, showing me there really are compassionate people willing to help one another. Thank you, Ray! Special shout out to Maria at the same location who helped me on a second visit. I knew better about what I was doing so it was smoother from the get-go, but she was kind and efficient.
