::Come here to get fit and strong! They have solid instructors that are truly friendly and personal. The workouts are structured and work. I have tried nearly every class and enjoy all of them. I have lost 24lbs in 3 months coming here. I am truly blessed to have found this studio.

::From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. There is always a smiling person at the front area. The cycle class is awesome! They have showers for before and after work. That is a great addition to any studio. The Prime class is tough but doable. What a great place. Thank you!

::This studio is AWESOME! I have only attended a handful of classes so far but the knowledge of the teachers is evident the moment you walk in the door. I took the Prime Yoga class and loved the "Boot Camp meets yoga" feel of this class! DharmaCycle Yoga brings something to the table other group fitness centers and yoga studios are missing: heart! The beautiful studio will draw you in, but the smiling faces of the staff will keep you coming back for more. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
