  They make you write a novel before they do any treatment even if you are referred by your doctor. Even if they send all of your information along to them, they still want you to do 8 pages worth as if you were a walk in. Health Centers that refuse to relay information/communicate with other centers get automatic 0 stars from me. Easily one of the biggest inconveniences in this country's health care system. One of the staff, Tracy, is very polite, but the ones performing the exam aren't. You have way to many options for these exams, I'd go somewhere else.

  Highly recommend this facility! The entire staff is great. They went above and beyond for me.

  Someone driving a van with this companies decals ran me off the road and cursed at me after I honked at him for not paying attention during a green light. He then turned down a neighborhood street (I continued on in a different direction), made a u-turn and followed me. At the next red light, he pulled next to me and started cursing at me through his window. The light turned green he sped off and cut in front of me. I called the company to report what happened and was on hold off and on for about 10-15 minutes getting nowhere. Didn't seem like they were very concerned.
