  David is amazing! Another contractor installed our hand scraped floors and we had issues. David took the time to talk to me about the issues I was having, even though he didn't install them. He even went out of his way to call and email my home builder and let them know his professional opinion on the problem and how it should be resolved. He went above and beyond and I'm not even a customer (yet!), but if we ever do need any flooring done, David will be the first call we make.
