  I have been enjoying a pair of Devialet Golds for the past four months, and have recommended them to quite a few of my friends. They are undeniably a financial commitment, but their exceptional sound in a relatively small space makes them quite extraordinary. They are the closest I've ever come to being in the concert hall with whoever I'm listening to. I normally listen thru Spotify, and the sound's fantastic, but occasionally use higher res streaming Tidal, which is even a tad better. Everything's easy to set up and use. The folks at Devialet (Columbus Circle) were very good to deal with, having loads of patience and suggestions, and have always been available to walk me through whatever questions or problems I've encountered.

  Wow. I can sincerely say I have never received such great service from a business/store, and I am a borderline shopaholic, so this is huge. Amaury, their brilliant sales associate, was incredible. He saw me checking out the Phantom, as I’ve never seen anything like it; he invited me to demo/experience it, and gave me all the information I needed. He was incredibly kind and attentive, and as a singer, sound really matters to me, and he made it his priority to have me be a satisfied customer. It was a lovely experience, and I’m happy I stumbled across the shop. Definitely nothing out there on the market like Phantom.

  after watching the video on Amazon decided to listen to live, the Columbus was the nearest store, what was my surprise when I came in, tried to get inside, the salesman did not say anything, shoved the door in front of me, you are selling acoustics for $ 3000, good luck to you !! I do not advise you to come to this store, the service is terrible!!!!
