The upgraded Renaissance Center is gorgeous. Has a nice showroom full of both new and oldschool cars. The design of the building interior is very modern and pleasing to the eye. I also love that they have added outlets to more locations. The good court is also nice with a decent amount of options

The rooms in this hotel are awesome, I have never had a bad view! We had a family gathering in one of the hospitality suites and adjoining queen room. It was a great experience. All of my out of town visitors really had a great experience! The area surrounding the hotel is very walkable with bars and entertainment(we went to POP+OFFWORLD ARCADE).

The room was nice with a decent view. Pretty well maintained and overall OK. The valet is a complete s*** show, I mean these people are rude and incompetent. I've always wanted to stay at this hotel because of the views it offers (and I was not disappointed with that) but if you're going to stay here, park elsewhere! You have no choice but to valet here and its a mess. One of the big benefits though is the ability to walk down to the first floor and eat at the food court or walk right down to the river walk. That's a huge plus!

I had a great stay. It is nice to see downtown Detroit coming back to life. The view over the river into Canada at night is also a cool sight. We had plenty of options for food and entertainment in the surrounding area. The nicest part was actually feeling safe walking around outside.

Nice hotel. The staff were friendly. Very convenient having multiple restaurant choices nearby. A bit confusing navigating around the first three levels where the stores and restaurants are. Took me a couple days to figure out where everything was. Also had to call housekeeping to come clean since they didn't stop by on the third day after we removed the save the environment card from the from the door handle the night before. Otherwise a nice hotel.
