  My 5-year-old daughter’s first ear piercing experience at Desires By Mikolay completely exceeded our expectations. Every person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we stepped foot in the door. David and Darryl were extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient, as they clearly explained and walked us through the process every step of the way. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, which made my daughter very comfortable, and put my husband and I at ease from start to finish. I highly recommend Desires By Mikolay to anyone who is looking for a very professional, kid-friendly, clean, and safe environment to get their child’s ears pierced.

  I was looking for a place to pierce my 9 month old daughter’s ears. So happy that my sister in law told me about this jeweler. The place was really great, clean and professional - they totally walked me through the whole process and most importantly they were very patient with my baby girl - they did both ears at the same time - which I thought was genius!! Would highly recommend them to all the mommies I know !!!

  I have been shopping at Desires for many, many years. My first purchase was when they were the “little” store before the beautiful expansion. The staff is always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. I’ve purchased several gifts for my wife as well as for friends and family. Every milestone event in my life, Birthday, anniversary, etc., begins with a stop to see Scott, Tara and their superb staff for the perfect gift to mark the occasion. You simply can not go wrong.

  I took my very nervous daughter to get her ears pierced at Desires by Mikolay. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff took their time measuring and re-measuring her ears to pick the perfect spot, were so sweet and nurturing, and they took care to educate me to know how to take care of the piercings. They did both ears at the same time and my daughter didn't even wince and said it did not hurt at all. I would highly recommend Desires by Mikolay!

  Desires not only carries a tremendous variety of beautiful designs, the service is hard to beat. Ive been treated with the same level of care whether I was buying a small ring, or ordering a custom design. But even more than that, while getting ready for an event, I had a stone pop out of my earrings. Took them to Desires and they were repaired within minutes -- at no charge. Another time, I had trouble changing a watch band. Again, took it in and it was changed in minutes, as a favor. I get taking good care of customers but service at Desires goes beyond that. This is a small business that truly cares for the community. They will always be my go-to shop for any jewelry needs.
