  So I ordered over 11,500$ worth of furniture from this store. All orders over 5,000$ are supposed to have free "white glove service" included as per the sales people which I have in emails and verbal confirmation. When the sofa was delivered the delivery guy simply left it at the door and did not take it up to the second floor to set it up as well as take away the boxes, etc. as per the conditions of the "white glove service". During the time the delivery was taking place the representatives from DWR Houston simply said as the delivery (which was arranged by DWR via a 3rd Party) said sorry we agree it should be white glove but we can't do anything about having the delivery team take it upstairs over the phone as we got the paperwork wrong. So after 2 weeks I was finally contacted today with a consolation gift card of 100$ to DWR. That is less than 1% of the total I spent on furniture. What disappointing customer service. If you are in Houston and looking to spend good money on furniture and you want customer service I would go somewhere else.
