  When I joined this gym it had a great indoor pool, and was open 24 hours a day. They have since severely cut back their hours, filled in the pool, and keep extremely odd childcare hours. This would be a great gym for retirees or people who work nights and don’t want to deal with the typical crowd during the day. Outside of that I would not suggest which is unfortunate because I would really prefer to continue going here but it’s becomd more inconvenient than necessary.

  Fans blwoing full blast over every part of the gym, even the weights. I don't want to be freezing when I'm trying to sweat and keep my body warm. That's really my only issue. If they could turn the fans down or off I would have a good comfortable workout however when asked, the staff had no clue how to work the fans. Sounds kind of like they'd rather not deal with my request.

  The equipment is top notch, but a lot of the time it's very crowed and you have to wait to use the piece that's on your list. The trainers are excellent! I miss the pool and jaccuzzi a lot. My reason for leaving is that I just don't use the club enough to keep paying for my membership anymore. I do have some medical problems that keep me away as well. The staff is also excellent. I will miss everyone!

  I have then I member of Desert Sports And Fitness for at least a year now. The staff there is great and go above and beyond to help and give you the support that you need. I haven’t taken a lot of the classes but would like to try them. I have watched some of their group trainings and think Tina is great! She is a great motivator as well as Kelly! When Ibfirst started there I had a lot of back pain and Kelly was able to show me different stretches I could use in my work out to help with my back pain. At first I didn’t believe that it would help me but within a month or so my back pain was relieved and I was just shocked on how much better I felt. My goal is to spend more time at the Gym, but thank you to all the staff! You guys are great and appreciated. Michelle Dent

  This is a great gym! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility offers a wide array of equipment to satisfy the needs and goals of everyone. (And by everyone, I mean the 80-year-old in a wheelchair all the way to the 20-something who looks like she's going to be on American Ninja Warrior!) I wanted to find a place where I could get some effective interval training workouts, but I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg every month for a personal trainer or small group. I talked with the manager who offered to meet with me every couple months to give me new workouts so that I could continue to improve but not have the expense of a personal trainer. And it has worked! I have shed a few pounds but more importantly gotten much stronger.
