  Buyer bewear, unless you what to look for dont buy a place here. I am buying a place that should of never been on the market. Lets see,1) plumbing was never hooked up so i had to clean out under the trailer a mo worth of fieses an replace all the pipes. Then wait another mo before they got a plumber to snake their part of the pipes. Then the electric box started on fire an they refuse to fix it cause its an as is buy. Now the water heater is going out. Great!! Plus the petty 50$ ad ons for there at the moment complaints or rules. Cant lock your gates thats for sure. So not only aremy bikes gone so are my last nerves. Before we die in a fire we are moving out.
