  Totally had a great experience. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the extra time to research all the different options available to give my Jeep the proper lift kit and tires to fit my budget. I drove from out of town just to work with these guys and I highly recommend them.

  I give Desert Rat 5 Stars! A great place to get your off road fix fast! Friendly service and very knowledgeable staff. Great people! They really care about their customers, listen to your needs, and go the extra mile. I purchased 5k in parts, they professionally installed them, and my truck looks phat!

  Took my 2007 Toyota Tacoma in for some work. Was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The staff worked on my vehicle tirelessly. They were honest about price, and all cost, I never felt hustled, just 100% honesty. Their profesional expertise from the sales representative to the technicians even discovered and fixed a persistent issue with the truck that the “experts” at the Toyota dealer could not figure out after 3yrs. The truck rides as if I just bought it brand new. I could not ask for a better experience. What an amazing crew. Heck, when George saw how long I was waiting for a ride while they worked on my truck he even gave me his lunch. Thank you for making my truck fun to drive again.

  Went to desert rat to get some work done to our truck. George was at the front counter he greeted my wife and I immediately. I then explained what we wanted done to the truck. Very attentive he listened then suggested on some of the things we said. We decided on a leveling kit, wheels, tires, and red calipers. His neighbor Louie at the counter also helped to get what we asked for. They were both very understanding and knowledgeable. Great service to both of them, we will be coming back to get more work done to our truck. Thank you Desert rat...
