  Initially everything went great with my eyebrow and eyeliner permanent makeup application, but it faded swiftly and was too light. Within two months I needed it redone. Tried to schedule with her for the touchup and it was a horrible experience based on her attitude. Made me feel like she didn't have time for me, cancelled my original Sun appointment 2 hours prior (mind you I drove from 3 hours away to make), agreed to reschedule complimentary for Tues at 11:30, called me Monday and said I had to be there by 10:45 or it was cancelled, so I miss more work-drive 3 hours again-at 10:43 I'm getting ready to pull in the complex and I call to verify how to get to her suite and she is agitated, speaking over me, telling me she has other things planned for the day and I proceed to tell her she is making me uncomfortable and that her tone of voice is very rude. She doesn't care though. At this point I hang up and sit in the parking lot pondering if I really want this lady who seems super bothered by my appointment and very condescending and rude over the phone to complete permanent makeup on my face and I decide no. I turned down my free retouch because of her absurd attitude. Her work is great, but she has no manners or professional etiquette when handling situations that are not going smoothly or her way. Out for herself only and could care less how she makes her customers feel.

  Kashia is a pro! She takes her time, makes you feel so comfortable, is very knowledgeable and so sweet! My brows look amazing! I made sure to do a lot of research before getting microblading and I'm so glad I decided to go to Dermaluxe! Will continue to recommend them to everyone!

  I absolutely love my eyebrows!! For years I had to color them in and they never come out even, now I can wake up every morning with beautiful brows!! The women at Dermaluxe Spa are absolutely amazing! I love it, seriouly life changing!!

  Hi! My name is Kristen Clark and I'm leaving a review under my fiance's account. Today I went in for my touch up appointment and walked out feeling like a million bucks! Kashia is incredibly dedicated to giving her customers EXACTLY what they want and the most perfect eyebrows ever. She is sweet, kind, personable, yet professional. She owns a very clean and hygienic facility! I will continue to go to her and recommend her to everyone for as long as I can!

  Kashia is amazing!! I have always wanted my brows to have a little more shape to them, and she did a beautiful job! She’s licensed, very experienced, professional, and a true artist. She really took her time and made sure every detail was perfect. I love my brows! It’s so nice to wake up in the morning, look in the mirror, and think, ‘wow, my brows look awesome!’ I highly recommend her.
